Never answers the phone. Never at work when they say they are open. Takes appointments and never shows up.
Good place, owner Cesar is a nice guy and provides great service
Cesar is the best show in town. Stands by his word.
Very good work at an unbeatable price. Just be sure to ask what sort of tint you are receiving and whether or not you want their logo on your window, since they did not inform me of either... if not, you'll end up with something ugly. (They did not want to replace the entire window. I ended up having to patch the hole where their logo was.)
