Update: The owner got in touch with me and assured me that this is in fact not the way that he expects his company to run. He holds his company to a high standard of honesty and trust, but that sometimes workers still need guidance from the more experienced in the business. He was very thorough and understanding when we spoke, and offered a very reasonable resolution. Started out a great company, I thought, when buying a machine. Was lead to believe they were CAT certified but when the machine I bought from them dropped a valve within five days of it being delivered and using it for ten hours, the customer service completely disappeared. The sales associate Garrett wouldn't answer my call after I brought to his attention that the battery wasn't new, and none of the lubricants had been changed like I was told.
