Ridiculous prices. 25 dollars for a pair of second hand jeans. They expanded their inventory and it just made the store even more chaotic. The trash music they play (taylor swift) makes being here worse. They added self checkout, but an employee still has to check you out (rudely)? And they won't help with bagging. Don't provide fitting rooms, but they don't do returns. Don't provide tissue paper for glass items. Why did I come here? I hope with the price increase they at least gave the employees a raise.

I generally do find a lot of great deals but I will search for hours and I will not buy anything priced over the original price I’m a big thrift KNOW YOUR PRICES BEFORE YOU GO! I use to buy all my church clothes here now I don’t unless I find them on 50% off days when everything is discount or it’s the weekly tag. Bc it’s priced for new or priced higher which is sad I no long buy shoes here for the same reason. Cashier was rude to my wife and autistic son, she even said her son was autistic and wouldn’t get him what ever he wants. Then to top it off threw the toy in the trash that he wanted. All this just cause she would charge my wife for the toy cause of store policy. Which could have been handled but instead arguing and being rude was the answer.

This thrift store has just become so OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE. I mean seriously, for a place that receives most of their inventory through donation from the public their prices are just way way way too high. I mean I looked in a case where they're charging $100 plus for a used Fossil watch and they're asking $8 plus for used denim jeans. That's just too high!
