I went to see Dr. Celine Navarro today as a new patient. She was rude with a condescending attitude and definitely not a patient-centered care. She was not actively listening, dismissive of my concerns and rushing to get me out the door. She told me, "Well, I'm going to write the prescription for this medicine and you can take it or not". Needless to say I told her that I would go to another doctor. I can not believe she had the gall to treat a patient that way. This was with a student in the room. I’d give more details but, this organization isn’t interested in my patient experience nor my concerns which have still gone unaddressed. Shameful.

It is hard to get ahold of anybody over the phone. It rages over an hour to get through. The receptionist who checks in the patients is the slowest and takes 15-30 minutes to check in a patient and makes people late for their appointments.
