Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Dr. Dominguez was so thorough and professional- he answered all my questions , which put all my anxiety at ease.
I frequently visit Dr. Dominguez and cannot recommend him enough! The experience here is great from the reception to the checkout and everything in between. Everyone makes you feel welcome and they’re great at personalizing your visit every single time. Sometimes there’s a long wait to be seen but that shouldn’t be a dealbreaker when it comes to saving your eyesight!
He listened to my problems, explained the procedure to fix it, and answered my questions. It was a very good experience.
A mistake of wrong prescription took over $500.00 from me and I've never been able to wear the new glasses. Cataract surgery was successful for improvement of left eye vision, but I can't see to read with new glasses. I called the Dr. twice about the problem. She did not return my calls. Nor did she address the issue at our 6 month visit. Dr Ripper assured me after surgery and again on our post-op visit to call anytime she was available and would take care of any of my questions. Dr. McCartney is great, I was sent to his office after going to Covenant ER with a peice of metal in my eye. I am Thankful that they sent me to him. He is professional and caring and good at what He does. I highly recommend Him and His team for eye care! Thank you Dr. McCartney!!
