Trying to make an appointment for my pregnancy and letting the scheduler know that I have untreated hypothyroidism and just got my insurance approved so the soonest I can get an appointment the better so OB can order labs. This scheduler talks down on me, telling me I’m confused, that only family medicine deals with thyroid, and that has nothing to do with the obgyn. I love Texas Tech Physicians of El Paso, from the beginning of making and appointment they always make it so easy very helpful and I always manage to get a quick appointment date, the second amazing thing is the doctors they are all super professional and they take the time to make you feel comfortable to ask questions, I will always keep on having them as my number one option.
