They are completely unprofessionally in every regard in my opinion. First off the receptionist tells you upon scheduling that the clinic is located in the hospital when it’s actually a building on the side. She doesn’t explain to you that the parking is across the street and u walk there. They only give u a 10 minute grace period and the woman who I spoke to today was rude on top of not explaining anything very well when I called ten minutes before my appointment to tell her I was in the hospital but couldn’t find the floor.... read more

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Texas Tech Transmountain. My husband’s colonoscopy was scheduled 9 months ago, yet due to their scheduling error and insurance mismanagement, he was never actually booked, despite multiple confirmations. He went through the entire 48-hour prep, only to be told day-of that he had no appointment. No communication, no accountability.
