I went in and got blood work done and the old lady jammed the needle in my arm I have never ever experienced bloodwork that hurt that bad. I’ve been poked a lot and that was by far the worst.
Tosha Brandon has made our experience with our first kid VERY Special and stress less. She is always asking if my wife needs anything how she is doing! Always has a smile on her face. Her and Jorden are top notch. Thank y’all so much for making this experience Awsome!!
I went and saw them on the 3nd of February. I havent been able to get anything to get the app/ patient portal to get me to accept the medical office to connect all my appointments ans results to. Everyrime i connect it it says pending. Then it sends me a message to accept it but it wont let me to push the accept. And its about to be 2 weeks since my appointment. It also keeps tellkng me you havent been conn to any health providers but i have tried for almot 2 weeks now and it also keeps telling me to manage my communication ... read more
Scheduling was very difficult at this location. Costumer service at the front desk could have been a lot better.
The front desk associate was incredibly rude to me when I took my daughter in for an emergency. Rude when I walked in, so rude when I left that another lady saw how she spoke to me when I left that her eyebrows were raised her wide eyed while I walked out the door. I never leave reviews but this was awful.
