Scheduling was very difficult at this location. Costumer service at the front desk could have been a lot better.

The front desk associate was incredibly rude to me when I took my daughter in for an emergency. Rude when I walked in, so rude when I left that another lady saw how she spoke to me when I left that her eyebrows were raised her wide eyed while I walked out the door. I never leave reviews but this was awful.

Disappointed in how I was treated today by the front desk associate. When I came in I said, “hello” and she looked at me and said, “name” without greeting me back. She appeared to be annoyed or could possibly be having a bad day I’m not sure. I gave her my name, I confirmed the appointment the day before. just to be told that I wasn’t on the schedule when I arrived today. Jordan apologized for the mistake and acknowledge the error. the reciptionest only treats latino's good, i guess. for the second time she calls me rude without being nothing but nice to her she also, if my recognition was right, called the police on us to watch me and my wife. But, on the other hand Dr. Baker is the best. as the most important to me is the medical staff, i guess my reviwe have to be "V.Good". Calling the place Texas Tech Gyneocology for only Mexicans will not do me any good and will not change my openion about there medical care my wife received.
