They suck…they never answer they have you on hold for like 2 hours you make an appt and they call you weeks later saying they moved it farther down meanwhile you told them it was urgent … they do not care 🤷🏻‍♀️

I'm a previous patient. Decided to give them a second try. Spent 1 hour and 45 minutes on hold without ever speaking to a human about my emergency. And then was disconnected. I can't imagine how awful the care has remained if they can't pick up a phone for almost two hours. Really said considering we have limited options here in Midland and I had a real important need to speak to a PERSON. So disappointed...again.

I tried calling and calling no one ever picks up the call. When they do, they put you on hold for hours and then hang up. My wife had an emergency and needed to seen by her gynecologist and no appointment was scheduled. This clinic is putting peoples lives at risk. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau about their practices.

I have been trying to reach just anybody at this office for 2 days now and I’ve been on hold for 20+ minutes each time I call (I’ve called multiple times a day when they’re open) and nobody has answered me. I’m just trying to figure out my patient portal so I can see my lab results but nobody seems to answer. I also need to reschedule my appointment and nobody seems to be able to help me with that. I don’t recommend this office at all to anyone. Go somewhere else unless you want to be ignored.
