It is incredibly hard to get them to answer the phone. They didn’t save the appointment that I made 2 months in advance and then put my pregnancy visits a month behind over their error, but by that point they were the only ones in town with any opening until after my baby was due. There is zero continuity of care. I was highly dismissed over concerns I had during my pregnancy, meds were continually messed up and to top it off my medical records were put under my husbands name… including the birth itself. Can’t answer a freaking phone. Was on hold forever.
Been going here for years for my birth control. Kelly is super helpful with anything I need in helping me get birth control! Absolutely adore her, she is super kind, caring and is great at her job! Makes the visit worth it! The only real complaint I have is the issue with trying to get ahold of the front desk on the phone. Most the time I won’t get an answer at all or will be on hold for forever. Other than that the staff here is very nice and helpful!
