Had a ton of issues getting them to accept my referral. While waiting for them to get my referral sorted out, my condition worsened to the point I had to go the ER and stay in the hospital for a week. Patient care has been adequate but it's clear they are so busy they do the bare minimum. Now my appointment has been cancelled because my provider is leaving and while trying to schedule a new appointment they hung up on me.
