I am a caregiver and I brought my mother here to establish care for a PCP. The time to get an appointment was very short. We had essentially no wait. The front desk ladies were very nice. Every member of the care team was so kind, patient, and attentive. Stacy, the nurse, was fast and very nice. Dr. M. Don't always see the same person and requests and concerns are often dismissed or ignored. They always want to pass the buck to another doctor, often a specialist that you may have to wait months to see. My whole reason for going to Internal Medicine had been from past experience that they handled(could & would handle) more than just a basic GP.
Can’t reach anyone and prescriptions sent to pharmacy at last visit are messed up and I can’t get my meds so I have run out. Very difficult to get through to office.
