Such amazing service! I have been trying to get my vehicle registered for a few weeks now, and have gone to several places that were just giving me the runaround. Well I was there today (04/03/25) and the gentleman that was there answered all of my questions and helped me in every way he could. He was very informative and patient, and I will definitely be back for any future title/registration needs in the future. I unfortunately forgot to get his name. I highly recommend Texas Tag and Title!
AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. I TRIED TO CALL THEM OVER AND OVER AND OVER, LEFT ON HOLD FOR HOURS AND HOURS. AFTER I THREATENED TO REACH OUT TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL, THE OWNER OF THE PLACE SAID WE DO NOT WANT TO DO THE DEAL WITH YOU. WELL I GUESS THANK GOD ATLEAST I AM GETTING MY STUFF BACK. BUT IF YOU WANT HEADACHES, STRESS, NO RESPONSES FOR A GROUP OF PEOPLE, OR OBVIOUSLY AN OWNER THAT ISN'T ON TOP OF THEIR BUSINESS, CALL THIS PLACE, YOU WILL GET THE CUP OF TEA THAT YOU WANT.
They hours are 8;30-530 m-sat and they no not open on this Saturday 3/15 nobody answering the phone and no notice of being closer today
