I am beyond fed up with AC companies and their absurdly overpriced systems. Unfortunately, this company is no exception. To be clear, the technicians at Texas Mechanical Strong were great. Professional, respectful, and clearly doing their best. My issue is entirely with the owner. I was sold an $8,000 two-ton, two-speed unit to service a roughly 600 sq ft master bedroom and bathroom. If you are having any issues with your heater or AC unit, call Texas Strong Mechanical and ask for Rey. They handled a problem i had with the heater in the house not wanting to work, in the start of a winter freeze. Not only did Rey assure me that they would be able to handle it the same day, he gave me updates while he initially inspected it and while he was working on the problem. Couldn't be happier with the job they did replacing our ductwork in our house. It was the original ductwork so it was a very large job and they did not disappoint. This is not our first time using them. They also installed a brand new unit a couple years ago and there has been no issues. I have also referred them to other friends and family members and neither have had a complaint as well. Highly recommend and will use again.

Reynaldo Rios from Texas Strong came out today and checked my air conditioner which wasn’t cooling very well. He is very professional, honest, and explained everything that he was doing. His personality is very outgoing as he showed that his morals and willingness to please his customers was well defined the whole time that he was here. I will trust this man and his company for future service and replacement of my complete unit in the near future. Thanks again, Reynaldo
