If I could give 0 stars I would. My personal trainer trains me here and that is really just about the only reason I go there. I’ve been going to this gym for 8 months. I like to do cardio after weight lifting, but most times it seems entirely impossible to do since most of the cardio equipment is out of order, needs recalibration, or just doesn’t work. Great gym and has amazing workout equipment. Always felt very safe there too! Ran into a small issue that accrued on my end (not the gym) and Damian took great care of me. Highly recommend this gym to any and everyone!
Old school gym, how I like it, Not a bunch of MFs tryna look cute for IG, but real people tryna get real work done, getting sweaty and could care less bout stopping to take a pic to post, that's the energy I need not a bunch of fakes tryna look cute scared to sweat, that ain't what powerlifting and bodybuilding is truly about.
This gym has it all—from powerlifting and general fitness to group training. All the equipment is top-quality, provided by Texas Strength Systems (TSS), made right here in Texas by lifters, for lifters.
I bought a Day Pass at True Strength Systems and was very impressed with the quality and layout of the gym ! Served all my power lifting needs. The Gym owners are great . I also met Kent while leaving and spoke briefly with him before he hit some squats Good energy gym highly recommend
