We have been taking our cars to Michael for a very long time, since before he had his own shop. He has done all of the work to our 2003 twin turbo z06. This is the only shop we will take the car to.
Horrible customer service. Absolutely no communication..If you can't follow up with a customer way past time you suggested at least let a person wanting to spend their money with you know "hey it's Going to be much longer than expected" when you have their contact info wrote down...Then when called for a third time in 3 months when was first told 2 week, guy says if you can't wait then take it somewhere else...Communication= great customer service, no need to be rude
The guys at Texas Steet and Performance are fantastic. Have a custom car in the works, super knowledgeable and easy to work with. When my daily driver started having issues, they were the guys I knew I could trust. Back on the road with confidence.
