The communication and price with the owner has outstanding. Delivery was quick (few weeks) and the delivery guys were friendly, hard working and on time. The storm shelter is better than I imagined. The locking mechanism is top notch and I will have no problem putting my trust in this storm shelter

I moved to Texas in July 2019 and that October, there was a tornado outbreak in the area. That was not the way I would have liked to be welcomed to Texas! I have always felt uneasy being on a pier and beam foundation when it's tornado season. When I called about getting a shelter, Ken was professional and helpful. He gave me the info I needed regarding my options and also the timeline for installation. We set a date and he was there exactly when he said he would be. But it gets better...Ken went above and beyond when putting in our shelter. Our site sits on A LOT of rock. I spoke with and worked with the owner Ken directly. H was always respectful and nice no matte how may questions I had. when he came to my home he was well dressed and polite while we looked through all of my options. I chose an above ground garage shelter. I could not be happier.
