This has to be the worst road construction company I have ever witnessed redoing a road. They have been working in Rockwall and Colin County Texas for the last several weeks and I’ve never seen a messier job aside from the road itself. The”new” Road is actually worse than the existing road. There are already potholes that have been filled in, and they’re not even finished with the project.
