Place was cool, chill for the most. Staff was very helpful. We went to our son's friend birthday party at the bowling area. Food was great and drinks were good. My son's balloon came off the string and went to the ceiling we told him "oh well we are not gonna be able to get it down." One of the staff members happened to be passing by and said "we can get that down for you if you would like" I said please do, cause my son was crying. So they had a tool to use to bring it down and my son was happy.
I went to the Freddie Jackson concert in the Dallas Ballroom! Great entertainment venue!! Will call line was too long! There were several persons working there but only slow service! Several disabled in long lines trying to stand wasn't good!

The Mexican festival was to start at 11 and nothing was set up. Even after noon there were still waiting for the vendors to show up.
It was very jam packed i went to the movies there to see the new IT maybe because of the new movie but also the chick that checks your ticket when you first walk in totally did not give us our ticket back so the 2nd check the manager had to step in and re printed new ones for us which was not that bad but come on man . It was so crowded small isles i wanna say very ghetto but that's not very nice lol
