Very rude, no longer donating to them...
This association is not affiliated with Texas DPS State Troopers. Do not donate anything. If someone claiming to be a trooper calls you, ask for their name and badge number then report them to the Texas Department of Public Safety. Troopers are not allowed to solicit donations so whoever is calling you is pretending to be a trooper. Watch the documentary Telemarketers on HBO they specifically go over this organization and how they scam people.
Keep on calling me to support them.
I've received to many calls. I'll be contacting the Texas AG's office in reference to filing phone harassment. Our Harris County AG's office has taken my complaint as well.
These people have been calling me every day for over a month. I have repeatedly asked to be taken off their list. Two people hung up on me. I also asked for a supervisor or a number to call and was again hung up on. So rude, unprofessional and annoying. I've also blocked numbers, but they call from different numbers all the time.
