It was the most disappointing train ride ever. I expected to see beautiful scenery instead I saw trees and woods the entire way. The food was mediocre. It was extremely boring. Definitely do not recommend.
Went for a specialty train run with dinner. Service in the car was really bad. Two young men who didn't seem to know what was going on, couldn't communicate well. Made for a less enjoyable ride overall. The people in the seats across from us actually left after the dinner and did not take the train back. We weren't impressed by our experience, which was sad because it really had the potential to be better. Management needs to get a handle on things, better prepare the servers, and improve the overall experience.
Joyce was AMAZING! Ride was enjoyable and informative. Plan on coming at Christmas too!
