Please do NOT go to this place, I took my son to this place for the first time on 10/27/25 they told me the glasses were gonna be ready by 11/3/25 so I called on 11/3/25 to verify my order was ready but no one answered the phone so, I called again on 11/4/25 and after trying several times someone answered just to tell me that the order was delayed one more week🤦♂️ this is very frustrating! My son needs the glasses ASAP and they don't even want to give me a discount for lying to me . Next step is to file a complaint with th... read more
The doctor and staff were very accommodating and answered all my questions as it pertained to my insurance and the glasses I selected.
Doctor is top notch. Made my daughter smile and laugh the whole time. We felt very comfortable. Other office staff were awesome as well. Thanks again.
