My glasses order was delayed with delayed updates about the delays. When they arrived so you think this office was professional and notified me in any way? Hell no - they weren't!! My order setting there for days and I had to call to find out of they were in. I'm NEVERRRRRRRRRR EVERRRRRRRR using this office ever again and I'm sure noone there cares, lol - which is exactly why I'll avoid them moving forward. I regret i used them this time :-( What's the point of capturing AAAAAALLLLLLLL that contact info but never using it??
The dry treatment has been a great experience so far. I have done 2 sessions and I can already feel my eyes are not as dry or irritated. I’m excited to see how the other treatments go.
My experience with Dry Eye Treatment has given me a refreshing feeling. The associate, Gloria, who has been so kind and professional in doing the process that I enjoyed every moment of the procedure. My experience has given me so much confidence as a result of the procedure. Most of my friends in the church were asking me how I am keeping my self younger looking. I started my eye treatment in December 2025 and my eyes have been doing so much better since than. I did have some bad days in July but nothing compare to how bad it was back in 2025. So I will continue my treatment because I feel it's helping me.
The customer service is Great and Dr Faz is Excellent
