Dr Elle and her team are great, our family all go to them. Great staff and very lovely environment!
The clinical department was great. The retail department was horrible. Very poor sales support. Received no guidance in picking out frames for my prescription lenses. Recommending and fitting frames to customers face is essential to your glasses to function properly. My glasses are constantly slipping. Buy your glasses somewhere else after you get your exam.
We have had such a wonderful experience with TSO of Spring and cannot recommend this office highly enough. The doctor and her entire staff are kind, compassionate, organized, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Most importantly, I am especially grateful for the care I received when I developed an issue with my eye. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service, which is superb, and the bedside manner, which is top-notch. I highly recommend them. For my emergency visit, they managed to get me in the same morning I called, reviewed the emergency room details from the night before, and made amendments, demonstrating thorough care. My glasses order was delayed with delayed updates about the delays. When they arrived so you think this office was professional and notified me in any way? Hell no - they weren't!! My order setting there for days and I had to call to find out of they were in. I'm NEVERRRRRRRRRR EVERRRRRRRR using this office ever again and I'm sure noone there cares, lol - which is exactly why I'll avoid them moving forward. I regret i used them this time :-( What's the point of capturing AAAAAALLLLLLLL that contact info but never using it??
