They are extremely slow. My last few visits, I have waited an hour or more before actually seeing doctor. I sit in waiting room for 45 mins or more. Then another 30 mins before doctor comes in. They didn't use to be this way. Today was just a f/u and it still took almost 2 hrs, and I didnt even see the doctor. I will have to look for another provider. This is ridiculous!!!!
The staff was helpful in letting me know about the eye wear products and the doctor was very helpful And friendly during my exam!
I am extremely satisfied with the customer service, which is superb, and the bedside manner, which is top-notch. I highly recommend them. For my emergency visit, they managed to get me in the same morning I called, reviewed the emergency room details from the night before, and made amendments, demonstrating thorough care. I intend to make them my primary doctors.
Bad costumer service, will never go back. Everything from advertising to get me to buy a whole year of lenses promising money back was all wrong. Wrong promotion, expired flyer, they gave me the wrong name of their location; how I’m I supposed to know they go by another name under promotions and insurance? Faz eyecare?? Or TSO? I’m super mad because I did feel pressured to buy the whole year lenses when I had already told them I wanted only what was paid by my insurance.
