The staff here are very professional! Dr. Roof is very detailed and kind. I would recommend this eye doctor to anyone wanting a thorough check-up!
Pros: Doctor is a great guy and the assistant too. Exam done correctly and professionally. They have water bottles you can drink. Cons: Took a while to get started even with an appointment prior. Not a lot of options for glasses. The glasses they gave me have fallen off my face 5 times in 1 month because they are heavy and have no grip on the nose or ears. The old lady that gave me the glasses even tighten them there and they are still so bad. $500 paid AFTER INSURANCE and the lady asked me if I had a case for glasses and th... read more
I have been with TSO North Spring for 9 years. Dr Roof and Marcel are the most caring and kind optometrists I have ever experienced. Dr Roof keeps up with current technology and is very knowledgeable and very personable. I feel like family when I go there for my eye check needs. Highly recommended.
Where do I even begin… I cannot say enough good things about Dr Roof and his staff. I’ve been wearing glasses since the third grade, I’m 35 now. I’ve never, not once, gone out of an eye doctor’s office with more confidence in my mind that I will be able to see better. This is the best optometrist facility I have ever been to. Dr Bryan Roof is very kind, knowledgeable and experienced. He was very patient and took his time to answer all my questions and concerns. He was not rushing thru the appointment like all the other places. The most important he showed us solutions I was searching for a long time.
