This office is disrespectful and discriminatory against patients that have autism and adhd. Becky used the R slur over the phone during my consultation. She referred to BVD treatment as being a cure for autism and ADHD multiple times. She kept doing this despite Me correcting her that there is not a cure for those neurotypes and that this would just help with certain symptoms. Terrible. Staff is disinterested and rude. It is taking my husband months to get his glasses. Also they never call you so he has had to keep calling them to check on them. It has been frustrating and a waste of time. I would not recommend this office.

The staff here are very professional! Dr. Roof is very detailed and kind. I would recommend this eye doctor to anyone wanting a thorough check-up!
