Always excellent service by Dr. Roof. Takes time to listen to your concerns or issues you may be having. Getting my new glasses went very well with great assistance by the girl I worked with.
I had an emergency early in the morning with my right eye and they accommodated to see me first thing in the morning that same day. I was so grateful because it turns out that I had a busted blood vessel in my right eye and had a plan in place.
Although I had a issue with the online appt system, they worked to get me booked ASAP. Staff was friendly and accommodating. No Puff machine! Dr Roof went thru all my concerns and explained what he found and what the plan was. Took time to make sure I didnt have any questions. While I can agree the frame selection was limited, I was able to find something I liked. Only feedback is maybe put the price on the frames instead of a code for a little more transparency?
