My daughter was seen last minute in urgent need and we got in the same day and Dr. Allen and his staff were amazing. I brought my son in today for a contact lens exam and everyone was super friendly, professional and I wish I hadn’t gotten my exam but I certainly will in January.
I was in urgent need of eyedrops and they got me in within the same day. The entire process was so fast. I was out in an hour including purchasing a new pair of glasses. Highly recommend!!
TSO does a great job maintaining a professional, sleek environment. The check-in, exam, check-out were all well-rehearsed and efficient. Dr. Allen is friendly and thorough. Be aware that this office defaults to screening photo technology to examine your retina, rather than dilation drops, but I was told I can opt for that next time (this caused an issue with insurance coverage for me).
