Called here as a former patient because I needed a very basic eye test performed for my employer. Despite TSO being happy to sell my wife and I nearly $1000 worth of prescription eyeglasses last month, they refused to perform this very rudimentary test unless I had a full eye exam performed. Very odd as the requirement to take their full eye exam is completely unrelated to whether or not I can pass the eye exam I need for my employer. Great staff, Great inventory, 100% recommend
I love TSO in fall creek. I started going here with my son for about 3 years now. We started with Dr. Chen and see Dr. Leung yearly. Our visits are always so pleasant and we both have goals for the patient(my son)regarding his vision. Dr. Leung always listens and provides the best advice for vision care and we appreciate that!
Receptionist talks Chinese. Cant understand them. Then they get mad, and won't help. True story.
Loved coming here because the staff was so helpful and friendly. I asked about 300 questions and tried several lenses and they were so patient and polite with me. Special thanks to Melissa!
