Do not bother calling up there. I called tried to get information and make an appointment for my daughter answered and immediately put me on hold and forgot about me was on hold for over thirty minutes before I finally gave up.
Very nice people I will start with that but they are horribly unorganized. They are terrible at answering the phone putting you on hold and just leaving you there. In the office the front staff is everywhere trying to do so many things at once. I went in to get a second pair of glasses we got the measurements did everything and all of sudden the site was down. I was promised a call back on Monday here we are 5 days later no call back and I can’t get in touch with anyone because they answer and place you on hold.
