Everyone in office was very kind and helpful when there was an insurance glitch. Loved Dr. Jacobs. She took her time w me and explained my dry eye issue clearly.

They always start on time, thoroughly examine my eyes, let me know of any issues and always provide superb recommendations. The best that I ever had! I had a similar experience to another recent review. Everything was great until check out time. I loved the Dr and front desk staff. I know I have a great insurance and never had to pay more than $40 for my copay. This was our first time here and the costs just caught me off guard because I’ve used my insurance for myself and my family at other places and was familiar with what it covers and it never came out to over $100 and things weren’t explained to me.
