Dr Erin Jacob and staff always makes me feel very comfortable. They are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to explain what they are doing during the exams. Dr Jacob is very pleasant and very knowledgeable, she always takes the time to explain things to me and go over a plan for the future. She is by far the best optometrist I have had since moving to Texas in 2012.
I like the time that Dr. Jacob takes her time to explain and let me ask questions. Every person in the Buda TSO are really nice and they did not push me to buying any glasses. This year was my third year.
I loved the doctor and had a great experience with her. I trusted her and her exam. I spent a lot of money out of pocket and was told my glasses would be ready in two weeks. It’s been almost a month now and I’ve had zero communication. I’ve tried messaging them and calling. This turned a really first positive experience to a very negative experience.
Another update: They ended up calling and we picked up my son’s glasses and we received the receipt today. I’ve never been to a place where they don’t give you the receipt right away. I was hoping this place would be a great experience, but didn’t turn out that way. Update: it’s been 3 weeks and we still haven’t received my son’s glasses. Seems to be a little unorganized.
