Everyone was nice, friendly, and helpful. The doctor was wonderful and kind, listened to all of my concerns, and explained everything clearly. It was a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Great service and Dr. Jacob and her staff are awesome!! The eyeglass fitters staff not so much. They were unreliable and made me think of going elsewhere to purchase my glasses. Disorganized and somewhat lazy.
Been wearing glasses since 1995 so have seen my share of eye doctors / offices. TSO Buda is by farrrr the most friendly and approachable staff I’ve ever encountered. SUPER friendly, personable, and so easy to work with.
Dr Erin Jacob and staff always makes me feel very comfortable. They are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to explain what they are doing during the exams. Dr Jacob is very pleasant and very knowledgeable, she always takes the time to explain things to me and go over a plan for the future. She is by far the best optometrist I have had since moving to Texas in 2012.
I like the time that Dr. Jacob takes her time to explain and let me ask questions. Every person in the Buda TSO are really nice and they did not push me to buying any glasses. This year was my third year.
