I loved the doctor and had a great experience with her. I trusted her and her exam. I spent a lot of money out of pocket and was told my glasses would be ready in two weeks. It’s been almost a month now and I’ve had zero communication. I’ve tried messaging them and calling. This turned a really first positive experience to a very negative experience.
Another update: They ended up calling and we picked up my son’s glasses and we received the receipt today. I’ve never been to a place where they don’t give you the receipt right away. I was hoping this place would be a great experience, but didn’t turn out that way. Update: it’s been 3 weeks and we still haven’t received my son’s glasses. Seems to be a little unorganized. Everyone in office was very kind and helpful when there was an insurance glitch. Loved Dr. Jacobs. She took her time w me and explained my dry eye issue clearly.
