The staff are so welcoming and friendly and so very patient! My Dad and I are very grateful and happy with our experience there. We highly recommend TSO! Professional and welcoming!
I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received.
First time here. Stopped in to get my mom's glasses after a fall. They were friendly and fast. Got mom fixed up in just a few minutes. The store looks so nice and the location is great for people who have trouble walking long distances since you park right at the door.
I was very pleased with my service. The lady at the desk greeted me & polite. The doctor was super nice and explained my options. I will definitely be back yearly for my exams.
The TSO ladies at the bay city location are very kind, helpful with picking out the perfect style frames .
