I recently moved to Bay City and was in desperate need of an eye examination. I must say I am beyond impressed with the staff and the doctor herself. She found that I had a condition that needs my attention and had to tell my children as it hereditary. I am grateful!!! Ser them on six months. I highly recommend this eye doctor for all your optical needs.

Absolutely wonderful experience from first phone call, through my elderly health and safety needs, patiently and well done eye exam/evaluation and getting all my questions answered. As I paused in thankfulness just before leaving, I realized that the last time I received such caring, thorough optometric attention was 50 years ago at age 17 getting my first eye exam and first glasses. TSO definitely provided top notch exam and through explanations.
All employees are polite and professional. They are concerned about my vision and health of my eyes.
