Everyone here is incredibly kind. Optometrist is wonderful! Should I ever need to go back, I would go here again.
They will force you to buy their over priced glasses. They don’t answer the phone when I called to request are records and go somewhere that will give a prescription we can actually order glasses with. We never had these huge customer services issues when they were TSO. Now we have to start all over when we used our insurance benefits up with them. BEWARE!
