Staff was Amazing , especially Tara, she was very helpful and knowledgeable when I had questions about what my insurance covered and didn’t cover. The Dr. explained every procedure and why it was important so do it.

I have been going to this Rockwall location for the past three years, and unfortunately, dealing with the pricing and charges has often felt more like buying a used car than going to an eye doctor. My most recent experience was the final straw. I was charged a contact lens fitting fee even though no contact lens fitting was ever performed. Dr Darjee is great but the lady selling the glasses up front was trying to charge us over $500 for my kid's glasses $235 after insurance, she couldn't print out the breakdown of the charges either...My Maui Gems cost less! Comparable lenses and frames at another local office were WAY less. $85.00 for the exact same glasses with insurance, polycarbonate lenses, blue light filter etc. This office has lost our business. We will be going to the new office from now on that won't try to gouge us!
