I’ve been a pt. here for 10+ years! Last week I called to schedule an appointment. Front desk refused to schedule my appointment until I walked in the office with my insurance card in hand! Refused to schedule my appointment!! So today I walked in with insurance card in hand, well I was told I couldn’t schedule an appointment because I had a “No Show” back in February 2016!!
