This eye center gives you a hassle when you ask them to simply do their job. First off, the girl at the front desk (dark hair with glasses) refused to put in my secondary insurance to see if it would cover the remaining cost of my copay or contacts. Her excuse was that my insurance would not come up however when I called their Oak Forest location they were able find my secondary insurance and add it in the system. Dr. Sandra and her staff were excellent! It is always a better experience when the Dr explains everything in detail throughout the exam in a way that I actually absorb the information. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend Dr. Sandra to anyone who typically has anxiety about going to these kind of appointments. I was at ease the whole way through, which allowed me to hear all the information I was provided.

The staff at Memorial Eye Center was the most helpful staff that I have ever experienced and the glasses I received from them were perfect.
