Eye exam 5/21/26….glasses did not come in until late June early July. Was told glasses had to pass inspection? This was second visit to memorial eye center-heights. I don’t remember that it took that long to get my glasses the first visit.
Dixie Yee D.0. was nice until there was a problem with the eyeglass prescription. For several weeks she would not make herself available to solve the problem. She finally made time and was very hostile and defensive. She would not acknowledge the possibility that the prescription needed to be adjusted. I went to another optometrist and paid for new exam and the prescription was different from Dixie Yee’s. I had another pair of glasses made and I could not believe the difference! Obviously I will never go back there.
The staff was very personable and kind. Terri helped me get everything settled easily. This was my first time without my mom as an adult. The experience was great.
