Dixie Yee D.0. was nice until there was a problem with the eyeglass prescription. For several weeks she would not make herself available to solve the problem. She finally made time and was very hostile and defensive. She would not acknowledge the possibility that the prescription needed to be adjusted. I went to another optometrist and paid for new exam and the prescription was different from Dixie Yee’s. I had another pair of glasses made and I could not believe the difference! Obviously I will never go back there.
The staff was very personable and kind. Terri helped me get everything settled easily. This was my first time without my mom as an adult. The experience was great.
Amazing eye doctor (Dr Yee) who was whip smart, funny, and gave me a lot of insight about my eyes and vision that I had never known (but always wondered). Terry at the front desk and in eyeglasses was a dream, I absolutely adored her, and she helped me save hundreds of dollars by executing my insurance properly when the last several eye doctors failed to do so. I will never go to another optometry provider again! They have a really spectacular eye glasses selection too. It's not huge, but I can find a dozen pairs I like here... read more
