I would like to start off by saying the reason I gave this business a one is because I was not only appalled at the lack of accountability when the tech took back my glasses to check my prescription and brought them back to me .I sat down and pulled them out to use while waiting on the eye doctor and one of the arms we're broken off after 3 minutes maybe after she returned them to me. Dr. Yee listened intently to my medical history pertaining my eye and did a very thorough examination, fixing my prescription. I see much better now both through glasses and contacts. The staff in the front were lovely. They seem to enjoy working there and are so helpful! Glad I switched doctors.
