I go at 10AM to see if I can adjust my glasses and the door is locked, it isn’t even near lunch time so why are the door locked. I tried calling but nothing, please leave a note if you’re not going to be available honestly it’s so unprofessional!!!
They never answer the phone. Called 3 times.

They weren't able to replicate my original lenses after two attempts to get my new lenses through their warranty.
