Went absolutely above and beyond to schedule a last minute appointment for my daughter and take care of insurance hold up. Very friendly and helpful staff!
They have recently switched owners. Customer service is a disgrace now. It’s an act of congress to get the person who handles ordering your prescriptions to call you back , she is a real smart mouth who lies and does not care if you get what you need or not. I don’t recommend this TSO and I will not be going back.

great place. amazing doctors. they are always helpful and kind. would highly recommend!
Went in for an adjustment on my week old glasses. Only myself sat in the waiting area. Watched a representative shuffle papers at his desk and walk back and forth to a back room for over 15 minutes. I then asked is now not a good time. He said he was the only one there. We'll, so was I. So he didn't take the time to make a small adjustment. I walked out. Totally rude and disrespectful.
