They weren't able to replicate my original lenses after two attempts to get my new lenses through their warranty.
Went absolutely above and beyond to schedule a last minute appointment for my daughter and take care of insurance hold up. Very friendly and helpful staff!
They have recently switched owners. Customer service is a disgrace now. It’s an act of congress to get the person who handles ordering your prescriptions to call you back , she is a real smart mouth who lies and does not care if you get what you need or not. I don’t recommend this TSO and I will not be going back.
