I wanted to utilize my benefits to go ahead and get an eye exam. I was told that the eye exam would be covered at a co-pay cost with my insurance. Stated I wanted to get contacts. They replied we can definitely do that. After everything was said and done and pupils dilated. I was shocked with the cost of the contact exam. Was advised that the exam is $100 -10% discount due to my health insurance. If I was told this upfront of all cost, I would have not done it. I love this eye doctor. They are amazing and very professional. Melissa and Vanessa always help me out and explain everything that is covered with my insurance . I have been a patient for years . Dr.Flores is great !!!!!
Great customer service, Vanessa always has treated us with kindness. We have been patients of Dr. Flores for 5 years now, he is very professional and knows his profession. The place and equipment is out dated but that is a corporate problem to solve not the doctor's or staff. The quality and the selection of frames could be better. The wait time and examine process is excellent as well as the completion of your new glasses.
