Beyond pleased with service as well as their customer service! My car died in Whitney, after getting it to them they figured out what was wrong and had it fixed in no time. We are getting all our car services done through Texas Star tire and Auto!
I have been going to Texas star tire and auto repair shop for over several years and had been very pleased with the great professional service, but I really don't understand why my vehicle wasn't completed and I was told they're not going to do anything else to my vehicle, I need a new engine and car shield warranty was paying for it but something happened and the Texas star auto repair told me they are no longer working with car shield and to pick up my vehicle, so I been without a vehicle from 4 of June until yesterday whi... read more
truck was in the shop for a month and was never touched. they just decided to let the truck sit, and collect dust until i went up there and took it out.
My daughter recently had a tie rod repair for her 2006 Honda Accord. The staff at Texas Star Auto diagnosed the problem and informed her before any work was done. The repair was fixed in the time frame she was provided. Her car is running smooth and better than ever. We will be return customers. Thank you to the mechanic that worked on her car:)
