Customer service has been very helpful and gracious, when I was late on my storage fees.. and helped me when it was needed. Black widows are really bad in my storage. Please get a gate and get an exterminator to spray for black widows. Would be great if the cameras were live for customers since there’s no gate. The price is a little steep and no gate.
So far the experience with KO Storage has been wonderful. Hopefully they get a gate because they have had break-ins once we have a gate. I think a lot of the customers will be a lot happier because we are having to invest in more locks for the doors but other than that, it’s a wonderful place. I recommend everyone to use this for Storage.
Jericho was awesome and the best crepe ever!! Made a horrible situation better. KO is great!! Love them a try.
