Baught a unit from auction and half my stuff was gone. Facility isnt super secure but have cameras and was told they work most the time. Haven't received my refund yet so would be super causes about your stuff!!!! Reported to parker county!!!
We had 2 trucks full to put in the storage unit and when we opened the door it was FULL OF BLACK WIDOWS! We knocked down what we could reach ( 17 most with full sacks of babies) and stomped on to kill. Bought $45 of poison and went back to spray the crap out of that unit. Went back next morning opened door and 5 NEW BLACK WIDOWS that were hiding were present again. Left us in a BIG time crunch bind for sure. Sent 3 emails requesting FULL REFUND and have yet to get it or even hear from customer service. Not HAPPY AT ALL!
