LIAR and a CHEAT avoid at all cost ! After he gets your warranty parts he keeps them and stops taking your calls leaving you holding the bag . Save yourself a bunch of excuses and call anyone else
Frank first came out to do some repairs for us. He did a great job, but then we ask about changing out some of the carpet and putting down vinyl planks. He did not come out to make the switch. We had other repairs that we called him for. He will schedule an appointment and then not show up or call to let us know that he is not going to be out. I can't recommend Frank highly enough. He was communicative, understanding, and realistic the whole way throughout the process. If you have the misfortune of needing repair or breaking down, I cannot make any higher recommendation than Texas Star.
