Competitor price, professional, courteous, complete install in 2 days
I originally had signed up with another generator company. After 7 months of waiting and getting a run around whenever I called, I cancelled my order. Called Texas Star Power, and the salesman was out the next day. In less than a month, I had a generator installed, gas meter upgraded, and unit tested and started up. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and courteous, from sales to office schedulers to installers and start up crew. My only regret is that I did not call Texas Star Power first!
Great overall ! Matt did great at explaining everything and it all went as he said. The install crew did a great job as well. They were very knowledgeable at what they were doing and got the job done quick and everything looked great when they finished !! Highly recommend !
