I didn't purchase my Tidewater 3100 from them,but dang I wish I would have. I have had a few issues with the boat and they have helped me on everything single one. Prompt replies, helpful service, courtesy and respectful towards customer regardless of where boat was purchased. I will use them for all my service needs in the future. Thank you
