Seems they have adopted a strategy to be the price leader in the industry and arbitrary about the size of the vehicle. Another customer was charged $28 for a Toyota Avalon, which is quite long. I was charged $40 for a much smaller Mercedes GLA. Would seem that the size of the vehicle would matter with regard to price. When I asked, they just said it’s an SUV. There is no objective standard.
Excellent service from the car wash cleaners. Horrible customer service from the lady manager and the lady in the front office. It was my first time visiting and the lady in front said they can chose who to service or not, basically if she didn’t like me she said she could decline the service to me ( which sounds to me like discrimination to the customer ) they were kind with other customers but I feel like they were mean to me because I had chosen the “express” service which was only $40 because I didn’t have too much time ... read more
