Very bad experience on my very first visit!!! I went to see the doctor for my back pain on an appointment (scheduled 2 weeks ago). Apparently Dr. John had to go to surgery so he told the PA to *convey* the message to me on what I need to do afte he saw my MRI. This was my first visit, I did not get to see the doctor or talk to him. No apologies, no options on if I’d like to reschedule or see another doctor or anything.
