Ordered 10-13 . Followed up on Dec was told almost ready and waiting on inserts .now , almost March …web site says business temporarily closed due to illness , phone nmbrs say mail box full , no reply to my emails
After only a few months, spa cover is horribly bowed. The warranty is a joke. Shop elsewhere.
Buyer beware! These are seemingly nice folks, and Texans, so I ordered my Spa Cover. It was completed 5 weeks late, and after no communcation when i had to call and force the owner to give me a delivery date, they were late arriving and dumped the spa cover on my front porch. Not so much as a phone call. Save yourself the heart ache, and do business elsewhere! Sad that they treat fellow Texans like this, and i was trying to keep it local. Just sad.
Recommendedgot my custom cover today. delivered on time with top of the line quality. tried ordering 2 before this one from other companies and ended up canceling orders given unrealistic delivery times - neither of which would refund monies so I had credit card providers handle it. was not optimistic when ordering from Texas Spa Covers based on past experience but could not be more pleased... thanks!

WE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS LONGER THAN THIS TROLL, HE STUMBLED UPON OUR WEBSITE IN 2013 AND DECIDED TO FILE A TRADEMARK FOR THE PHRASE "TEXAS SPA COVERS". I bought a vinyl cover that has significant cracking at it isn't even 2 years old. My receipt says 'Terrapin Spa Covers, LLC', but the address corresponds to Texas Spa Covers. Can't reach their website, but I was able to leave a phone message after hours.
