A one man show. Mr. Gomez does it all and in the process cooks up some wonderful BBQ. My wife had the BBQ ribs which were accompanied by a rich dark sauce that was wonderful. The rib meat was quite tender and the flavor was delicious. I had the pulled pork plate and it also was quite flavorful. I cook ribs and pulled pork at home and believe I do a fairly decent job on both, but Mr. Gomez product was astounding.
