Do not do business with Pulse Turnkey or its owner, James Lockhart. Our experience has been chaotic, unprofessional, unsafe, and at times felt borderline fraudulent. We are now over a year past signing our contract. While the solar panels went up within 45 days, everything else — the home battery, inverter, optimizers, electrical work, and initial inspection/code compliance — dragged out for months. *Update. We now have a roof leak from the solar panels and can’t get anybody to return our calls. We definitely don’t love our solar panels and deeply regret ever installing them. Make sure you research all of your options and if it’s actually worth the hassle and price.

Avoid Pulse Turnkey at all costs. Our solar project has turned into a nightmare our solar project has dragged into 3 different calendar years now. After signing and some moderately low pacing Pulse ghosted us at 99% completion, leaving us with a half-functioning, unsafe, non-compliant system. They also recently induced a false removal of our honest Google review as real customers we posted in November.
