Great customer service 🥰
If I could give this zero stars I would. My experience with them has been horrible. I could not understand the lady who called me initially to set up my appointment. Finally got an appointment scheduled, completed ALL the forms. The MA called to check me in hours before my scheduled appointment and proceeded to ask me that same questions that were on the forms. My appointment was for 2pm and at 2:42pm I called the office to find out what the delay is. I was told the provider was running 2-3 hours behind. This is not acceptab... read more
Dee was wonderful. She was very patient with me. I struggled at first since had never tried to sleep with a mask.
The technician Dee that took care of me and set up all the equipment was terrific. Very friendly and professional. Very pleasant personality. She was top notch. I personally didn't sleep great with all the wires and mask. But I realize it's gonna take time to get comfortable with that. But again I want to say it was a positive experience.
