Dee was wonderful. She was very patient with me. I struggled at first since had never tried to sleep with a mask.
The technician Dee that took care of me and set up all the equipment was terrific. Very friendly and professional. Very pleasant personality. She was top notch. I personally didn't sleep great with all the wires and mask. But I realize it's gonna take time to get comfortable with that. But again I want to say it was a positive experience.
Wasn't to bad though it was rough
The sleep study experience was marked by a strong sense of initial security and a technician's professional and amiable conduct. Efficient rooming and prompt initiation of the procedure, coupled with a quiet environment, fostered comfort throughout the process. The timely discharge brought by a good overall experience. Thank you
