This office is permanently closed. They moved to Fort Worth, TX
They no longer have an office in Plano or McKinney. This explains why it’s difficult to get someone on the phone. I finally got in touch with someone and she has been very helpful.
Take your business elsewhere. This entire company is run by incompetent staff. Good luck trying to get any sort of response from them. Their corporate office is as useless as this location is.
If you do not want to hear back after having a study done over a month ago while leaving numerous voicemails and emails, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!
