From my first appointment to my post op care, Dr. Atkins and his team have been professional, friendly and reassuring. My surgery went smoothly, and the aftercare, including personal check in's from the Dr. and his team have made the process as pleasant as possible.

I was hopeful about my visit here given all the glowing 5-star reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I originally called to schedule an appointment specifically with Dr. Atkins, as recommended by my referring physician. However, I later found out I had been scheduled with a PA instead. While I understand that PAs are part of the care team, my request was specific, and I had to call back to be rescheduled with Dr. Atkins, adding another week of waiting just to see the doctor I originally asked for.
