I’ve called this place at least six times to get pricing for my new insurance and schedule an appointment for surgery, and I have yet to get a call back. Long story short, I will be moving on to find a new ENT. I do not recommend this place. Customer service is horrific, so just imagine what professionalism will be like in the surgery room.
Fantastic establishment. Had Dr. Cliento and his team treat my chronic sinus infection. FESS, turbinate reduction, and septoplasty. Great results and would recommend this clinic for anyone with a tricky sinus infection.
Excellent care and timely.
They showed me a CT scan after major turbinate reduction and told me it was a normal CT scan and mine should look like that. They did not realize i was a physician too. They will just push you to have surgery even if your CT scan is normal.
