William was awesome! Was able to get immediate relief from an ear tube that had fallen out and become infected.
I don’t think there is anyone who wants to have a procedure/surgery, but if you do Dr. Cilento is the one you want to do it. I had the Balloon plasty plus Stepto plasty and it was literally a pain-free experience! Dr. Cilento and his staff we’re amazing from the minute I walked through the door throughout the whole procedure as well as with the follow-up visits.
