Dr. Khetarpal and his team are absolutely fantastic. My daughter and I both had surgery the two weeks before Christmas and his office and support staff were absolutely wonderful to work with. Not only did the entire office help us navigate scheduling and successfully executing two surgeries during the busiest time of year — they were kind. And funny. And helpful. Every single person we worked with treated us like family. I really can’t recommend Dr. K or his team more highly.
Dr. Khetarpal was able to diagnose and treat my ongoing sinus/congestion problems I've had for several years (many either overlooked or misdiagnosed). His experience combined with his professional and knowledgeable support staff are highly recommended.
Horrible service. Packed in like sardines. Outdated office. They call, text, email you to arrive on time. Multiple people in the waiting room with 1+ hour wait time. Showed up 15 mins early as requested then after 45 minutes past my appointment, called me in, just to realize they should have called someone else. Sent me back, left, notifying insurance provider.
Very professional and clean
First and foremost I’d like to mention how Dr.K was my second opinion. This matters! I broke my nose by accidentally punching myself in the face after falling off my friends horse. I knew immediately it was broken. Radiologist at Urgent Care said it wasn’t on Sunday. Monday I went to see an ENT in Tomball who said it wasn’t broken, and the only thing that could help me was a plastic surgeon performing a Rhinoplasty.
