Great customer service. Very reliable.
Texas Shotcrete damaged a newly poured 2x8 pad of mine while performing repairs for a neighbor. I captured photos and videos and showed the manager overseeing the job. I informed Chase that the pad was less than a week old and that I would like a new pad poured, especially given that they have trucks and equipment right next door. He later came by to perform a patch job instead and left. The concrete is not only mismatched but broke in the same spot afterwards.
