Jhet Brazil with the Texas Shade Factory was extremely helpful and professional salesman. He was excellent in leading us through the selection of colors and materials, providing very important advice. The pricing was a good value and the installation went smoothly. We really enjoy our porch now because of the added shade from the hot afternoon sun to the extra privacy it provides. I would highly recommend the Texas Shade Factory. Jhet, thank you very much!

I highly recommend Texas Shade Factory. The customer service was white glove all the way and the price was right for the job. The installation person was amazingly friendly, and he did top-notch quality work! The owners did not just try to sell me, they were consultants from start to finish. Our experience with Texas Shade Factory was incredible from start to finish. We walked into the store without any specific ideas of what we wanted and Sandy was able to access our needs and offer us some great options. Jhett emailed a quote for the different options we were considering and came out to measure and provided color selection samples in the different rooms. We had a wonderful experience working with Sandi and Jhet to replace the shades in our bedroom and bathroom with true blackout shades, as well as install beautiful drapes in our master bedroom.
