Jhet Brazil with the Texas Shade Factory was extremely helpful and professional salesman. He was excellent in leading us through the selection of colors and materials, providing very important advice. The pricing was a good value and the installation went smoothly. We’ve had the Texas Shade Factory replace the aging blinds all through our house over the last 5 years. They worked with us on style, color and function to get just what we needed. We just recently had them replace the pull down shades on our large picture windows. They came in and measured, we discussed style and pricing and they placed the order. Our experience with Texas Shade Factory was incredible from start to finish. We walked into the store without any specific ideas of what we wanted and Sandy was able to access our needs and offer us some great options. Jhett emailed a quote for the different options we were considering and came out to measure and provided color selection samples in the different rooms.
