Texas Shade is the best. Obtained replacement for older shade that separated due to glue failing saving me a big expense to replace.

Highly recommend! My automatic shades stopped working and Texas Shade converted them to manual in a timely manner. Great customer service, very kind people!

I did not even know this business existed until one of my custom Hunter Douglas shades broke. I. Have used Bloomin' Blinds for custom work, but the repair person said that he would not be able to fix the problem. He recommended Texas Shade Factory Inc. I looked up shade and blind repair on Google and Texas Shade Factory popped up also. It is located near downtown off McCollough and Hildebrand so for me, living near UTSA, it was a bit of a drive. We needed some help with a roller shade. Sandy was very helpful. She even took our number and called us back when the part was in. That was a nice surprise. Reminds us of the days when people knew how to treat customers because it is how they want to be treated, not because that's what the algorithm says. These people know their stuff, too. Highly recommend.
